Players are assigned to one of several instructional groups, and the schedule rotates throughout the season to allow for efficient use of court space and small-group instruction.
How the Program Works
To provide the best learning experience, players are divided into small instructional groups. These groups help coaches maintain a low player-to-coach ratio and maximize individual attention.
Key points:
• Players are assigned to a group before the season begins.
• Groups are scheduled into either the 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM session each week.
• The same instructional curriculum is delivered during both time slots.
• There are no games or league standings.
• The purpose of grouping is simply to organize players for instruction.
What to Bring
Each participant receives a SHYBA Stars T-shirt.
Players should bring:
• Athletic shorts or comfortable athletic clothing
• Sneakers
• Water bottle
